Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Boulder, CO. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing daily office tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and providing general clerical support. This individual will help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Target salary is market, depending on experience.

Qualifications
· Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
· Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective verbal and written Communication
· Experience with Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and data entry
· Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
· Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
· Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
· Must own an operational, insured automobile
Other Responsibilities
· Opening the office: hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm
· Front desk services, including greeting and serving clients
· Handling of incoming and outgoing mail, Certified Return Receipt mailings, Priority Mail, FedEx
· Ordering lunch for weekly office meetings, picking up as required
· Monitoring and maintaining office/kitchen/mailing supplies
· Familiarity with office equipment, such as scanners, copiers/printers, and postage meter
· Ticking and tying workpaper calculations
· Expected extended office hours (typically ~50 hours/week) during tax and extension seasons: mid-March through mid-April and mid-September through mid-October
